We were brought in by TW Construct to help them undertake a full refurbishment of the property which had been used as office space for a number of years. It was now to be converted into a residential space. The property is a Grade I listed town house originally built in 1704. This would be the first time in 70 years that no 28 Queen Annes Gate would be a family home again.
We manufactured and installed bespoke joinery furniture for the family room, dining room, cigar room, cloakroom and bar area. We also manufactured and installed unique handcrafted panelling in the lift.
One of the main features of the property are the staircases. We installed 5 new staircases incorporating elements of the originals with profiled wall panelling.
“Nightingale Joinery provided key pieces of outstanding quality for Atelier’s Grade I listed townhouse at no28 Queen Anne’s Gate. The craftsmanship is exemplary and was delivered in line with a challenging programme, Damian Jenkins for Atelier”
